Abigail Lugo Lopez, a 16-year-old girl from San Diego, California, tragically lost her life on October 28, 2022, in a murder-suicide incident. The San Diego Police Department responded to a 9-1-1 call around 11 a.m. reporting a death at an apartment complex on Grove Avenue in the Nestor area. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of Abigail and her 20-year-old boyfriend, Manuel Valenzuela Jr., both with apparent gunshot wounds.
