Kevin Ramirez, a 37-year-old resident of Rosamond, California, was found dead on November 11, 2022. The Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to a call early that morning and discovered Ramirez with a gunshot wound to his upper body on Sierra Highway. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. The investigation quickly turned into a homicide case as authorities sought to uncover the circumstances surrounding his death.
