James Hernandez, a 22-year-old resident of Glendale, California, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2022, in a shooting incident that took place in the parking lot of a Kohl's department store in Sun Valley, CA. The incident occurred around 9:58 p.m. when Hernandez was sitting in a white Chrysler van.
