On New Year's Day in 1969, a festive gathering in Westernville, New York, turned into a scene of unimaginable horror. Twelve-year-old Barbara Jean Ringrose was among those who tragically lost their lives in a sudden and violent outburst. The young female was with her family when the joyful atmosphere was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
