On a late summer day in 2006, the life of Joseph Anthony Longobardo, a 32-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On August 31, 2006, in the town of Pomfret, New York, Longobardo, a New York State Trooper, was engaged in a massive manhunt for an escaped convict.
