In the winter of 2009, in Syracuse, New York, the life of 29-year-old Timothy J. Gordon Jr., a White male, was tragically cut short. Gordon, a dedicated cab driver for City Taxi Co., was known for his friendly nature. On the cold night of January 30, 2009, he picked up two passengers, Denny DeJesus and Eduardo Trinidad.
