Jaime Taccetta, aged 33, tragically lost her life on June 19, 2011, during a robbery at Haven Drugs pharmacy in Medford, New York. The incident, which has been described as a "vicious horrible crime," resulted in the deaths of four individuals, including Taccetta. She was at the pharmacy as a customer when the assailant, David Laffer, entered the store with the intent to steal prescription drugs.
