Rose G. Ortiz, a 22-year-old resident of Rome, NY, tragically lost her life on October 4, 2014. The incident occurred outside Bucky's Restaurant on Floyd Avenue in Rome. Early that morning, Rome Police responded to reports of shots fired at the location. Upon arrival, they found a large crowd and Rose Ortiz with gunshot wounds.
