Robyn Roper, a 33-year-old woman from the Bronx, was found dead on December 14, 2016, in Elmira, NY. Her body was discovered by Chemung County Sheriff's deputies on Draht Hill Road after a passing motorist reported what appeared to be a hit-and-run accident.
