Emmanuel Correa-Villegas, aged 31, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2018, in Buffalo, New York. The incident occurred near Letchworth Street and Dart Street, where he was fatally shot. The perpetrator, Hommys Rivera-Lopez, used an illegal firearm to commit the crime. Following the shooting, Rivera-Lopez fled to Puerto Rico in an attempt to evade capture.
