In May of 2019, a tragic shooting incident claimed the life of 44-year-old Carlos Perez-Torres in Buffalo, New York. The male victim was fatally shot on Grimes Street and succumbed to his injuries at the scene on May 15, 2019.
Following the shooting, an investigation was launched by local law enforcement. This led to the arrest of 54-year-old Ruben Marchese, a resident of Buffalo. Marchese was subsequently charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Perez-Torres.
