In a quiet home on Schoolhouse Road in Guilderland, New York, the life of a bright and cheerful five-year-old girl named Sasha Melville was tragically cut short. On May 17, 2019, Sasha was found deceased in her home in what authorities would later describe as a murder-suicide. Her mother, 27-year-old Caitlin Melville, took her daughter's life with a firearm before turning the weapon on herself.
