In the quiet early morning hours of February 16, 2021, a grim discovery was made on the Palisades Parkway in Stony Point, New York. State troopers responded to a report of a vehicle fire near exit 16 and found a 2021 Hyundai Sonata completely engulfed in flames. After the blaze was extinguished, the body of a man, later identified as 35-year-old Ronald Mann of the Bronx, was found inside the charred vehicle.
