In the late hours of a Friday evening in November 2021, the community of Southampton was shaken by a violent act that ended the life of Ali Wisdom. The 43-year-old male, a resident of nearby Sag Harbor, was discovered lying unresponsive on Old Point Road, a path that cuts through the Shinnecock Reservation. It was approximately 9:52 p.m. on November 5th when authorities received the call and arrived to find Wisdom suffering from a gunshot wound.
