Charles W. Rothenburg, a 29-year-old resident of Sandy Creek, NY, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2022. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and deeply unsettling for the local community. Rothenburg was found deceased in his residence at 5863 State Route 11, following a welfare check initiated by concerned individuals. The investigation quickly revealed that Rothenburg had been the victim of a violent crime, leading to the arrest of his neighbor, Alva G. Parsons.
