Benjamin Delano Kirby Jr., a 41-year-old taxi driver from Annapolis, Maryland, was found dead on March 12, 2014, in Crownsville, Maryland. His body was discovered in the driveway of a day care center on Honeysuckle Lane, near Generals Highway.
