Benjamin Delano Kirby Jr., a 41-year-old taxi driver from Annapolis, Maryland, was found dead on March 12, 2014, in Crownsville, Maryland. His body was discovered in the driveway of a day care center on Honeysuckle Lane, near Generals Highway. The initial discovery was made after a 911 call reported an unoccupied taxi minivan with its meter running. Upon investigation, police found signs of a struggle and blood inside the vehicle.
