Victor Underwood, an 18-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2015. The incident occurred in the northwest part of the city, specifically in the 3000 block of Liberty Heights Avenue. On that fateful evening, Baltimore police responded to reports of a shooting around 6:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Victor Underwood with a gunshot wound to his head.
