Tiesha Rogers, a 23-year-old resident of Dundalk, Maryland, was tragically killed on the night of March 9, 2015. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. on the 7200 block of Conley Street, where police found Rogers and another woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
