Charles Samuel Hall, a 30-year-old resident of Elkton, Maryland, tragically died on August 21, 2015. Hall, who was born on February 15, 1985, was a lifelong resident of Cecil County. He worked in construction and had a passion for working on cars, particularly Hondas. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially at North East Park, and cherished moments with his family, including his wife Megan Amanda Hall and their children.
