Troy Mitter, aged 34, was tragically murdered on September 13, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. His death occurred at a gas station located on 25th Street and Harford Road. According to reports, Troy was shot early on a Sunday morning while he was at the gas station. At the time of his death, Troy was a college student and also worked as a tattoo artist to support his family.
