Keith Ramsey, a 32-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically murdered on December 9, 2016. His death was a result of an ongoing gang dispute between the Bloods and the Black Guerilla Family (BGF) gangs. According to federal prosecutors, Shawn Thomas, also known as "Bucky," a high-ranking member of the BGF, ordered the murder of Keith Ramsey. This order was part of a broader racketeering conspiracy involving drug trafficking, extortion, and other violent crimes.
