Brindra Giri, a 41-year-old mother of two, tragically lost her life on September 20, 2018, during a mass shooting at the Rite Aid Distribution Center in Aberdeen, Maryland. Giri had recently moved to the United States from Nepal with her children to join her husband and build a better life for her family. She had only been working at the distribution center for a few weeks when the incident occurred.
