Tyler Matthew Passmore, a 24-year-old resident of Sharpsburg, Maryland, tragically passed away on October 17, 2018. Tyler was born on October 1, 1993, in DuBois, Pennsylvania, and was the son of Matthew J. and Jo-Ella (Barrett) Passmore. He was a Journeyman Electrician for Power Solutions of Bowie, MD, and a member of the Local 26 IBEW, where he served a five-year apprenticeship.
