Richard L. Walker, aged 58, passed away on January 30, 2020, in Baltimore, Maryland. Born on December 16, 1961, he was the son of the late Roy and Lillie Walker. Richard received his education at Fairmount Hill Vocational-Technical High School in Baltimore. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at 10:10 p.m. on January 30, 2020, at 300 Spring Court, Baltimore. He was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
