Robert George Dockery III, a 19-year-old resident of Aspen Hill, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 7, 2020. The incident occurred late at night when officers from the 4th District of the Montgomery County Police Department were patrolling the Aspen Hill area and heard gunshots. The Emergency Communications Center received multiple calls reporting a shooting outside in the 3100 block of Hewitt Avenue.
