Robert George Dockery III, a 19-year-old resident of Aspen Hill, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 7, 2020. The incident occurred late at night when officers from the 4th District of the Montgomery County Police Department were patrolling the Aspen Hill area and heard gunshots.
