On a cold December morning in 2020, the life of Tina Evette Harvey, a 52-year-old Black woman from Riverdale, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On December 9th, at approximately 6:30 a.m., officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 6300 block of 67th Court after receiving a report of a shooting.
