Geoffrey Biddle, a 66-year-old resident of Bethesda, Maryland, was found dead in his home on June 24, 2021. Biddle, who was well-known in the community as the former manager of Chevy Chase Village and the CEO of Payment Solutions, was discovered with a gunshot wound to the head. The investigation revealed that Biddle had been murdered by a disgruntled former employee, Billy J. Phillips III.
