In the winter of 2011, a tragedy unfolded in the Algonquin neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, forever altering the lives of one family. On a December evening, 22-year-old Curtis Smith and his 37-year-old cousin, Deshone Henry, were found shot multiple times just outside a running car on Beech Street.
