Do you know who murdered Martell Hall? In the spring of 2023, the life of a young Louisville man was tragically cut short by violence. Martell Hall Jr., a 19-year-old Black male, was found inside a vehicle in the Russell neighborhood on April 1, 2023. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
