On November 23, 2021, 28-year-old Wayniqua Johnson was found dead in her apartment on Stockmill Road in Pikesville, Maryland. Responding to a call about a shooting, police discovered her body with a fatal gunshot wound. The tragic incident marked the 50th homicide in Baltimore County for that year, a record high.
