Charles Harrison Marks IV, aged 42, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2022, in Elkridge, Maryland. Marks was the victim of a fatal shooting while driving a white cargo van northbound on I-95, near the Route 100 interchange. The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m. when Marks was struck by a gunshot through the open driver’s side window. Despite being transported to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, Marks succumbed to his injuries.
