In the fall of 2012, the life of 33-year-old Whitney Erin McCabe was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. A mother of three, McCabe was found deceased on October 18, 2012, under horrific circumstances. Her body was discovered inside the trunk of a car that had been set on fire in an alleyway near Greenwood Avenue.

A preliminary autopsy revealed a grim narrative leading to her death. The coroner determined that McCabe had died from an assault before the fire was started. This find ...
