Whitney Hoover, a 27-year-old woman from White Marsh, Maryland, tragically lost her life on May 14, 2022, in what authorities have described as a road rage incident. On that fateful night, officers responded to a call initially reported as a cardiac arrest near the intersection of Silver Spring Road and Philadelphia Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Hoover inside a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
