A homeless man and woman is shot and killed in San Francisco's Mission District
On the night of December 18, 2016, 27-year-old Lindsay McCollum and 51-year-old Eddie "Tennessee" Tate were tragically shot and killed while living in a makeshift shelter in San Francisco’s Mission District. The two victims, both homeless, were found at the corner of 16th Street and South Van Ness Avenue, where they had been sleeping inside a wooden box.
