On the evening of December 16, 2014, near Summerville in Dorchester County, South Carolina, a tragic shooting incident resulted in the deaths of two individuals. The Dorchester County Coroner's Office identified one of the victims as 19-year-old Ernest Stanley Richmond. The second victim was a 21-year-old male, though his name was not disclosed in the available reports.
