On the morning of March 20, 2015, in the parking lot of the Port Royal Apartments on Grober Hill Road, 29-year-old Antonio Brewer was beginning his day, preparing to head to work with his girlfriend and their young child. After placing the three-year-old in his vehicle, he briefly returned to their apartment.
