Shelby Elizabeth Sims, a 23-year-old resident of Chesnee, South Carolina, tragically passed away on November 14, 2015. Shelby was born on January 1, 1992, in Spartanburg, SC, and was the daughter of Nancy Marie McAbee and Robert William Wolfe. She was a mother to a young son, Jackson Tarail Sims, and was known for her Baptist faith.
