Devante Smiley, a 23-year-old resident of Hollywood, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2016, as a result of a shooting incident. The Charleston County Sheriff's Office reported that the shooting occurred in the parking lot of George's Bar on Scott White Road.
