In the early hours of a Sunday morning in January 2016, the life of 23-year-old Devante Smiley was tragically cut short. A shooting incident that occurred at a club on Scott-White Road in Hollywood, South Carolina, left him with fatal injuries. Another individual was also wounded in the altercation, sustaining a gunshot to the leg.
