Jeffrey Scott Turner, aged 57, was reported missing on February 8, 2016. He was last seen around 11 a.m. on that day, driving his 1987 black Toyota pickup truck. His vehicle was discovered the following day near the Chattooga River in Mountain Rest, South Carolina. After an extensive search by local authorities and his family, Turner's body was found on February 12, 2016, in northern Oconee County, South Carolina.
