Heaven Miller, a 2-year-old girl from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically died on September 1, 2016, due to an accidental shooting. According to reports, her father, Dominique Miller, was attempting to make his handgun safe when it accidentally discharged. The bullet struck Heaven in the upper body, resulting in her death. Her 4-year-old sister was also injured in the incident but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
