In the late summer of 2016, the quiet town of Jonesville, South Carolina, was unsettled by a grim discovery. On Wednesday, September 14, the body of 38-year-old Kenneth C. Therrell, a White male, was found lying on Lower Pump Hollow Road in front of an abandoned house. The initial discovery was met with suspicion by law enforcement, and the Union County Sheriff, David Taylor, immediately indicated that foul play was likely involved.
