Henrietta "Rhetta" Green Belcher, aged 69, passed away on November 5, 2016, in Inman, South Carolina. She was a native of Apopka, Florida, and a daughter of the late Henry and Estelle Green. Henrietta was a homemaker and a member of Restoration Church. She was married to William Edward "Eddie" Belcher, who had retired to care for her after she suffered a stroke. The couple had five children and fourteen grandchildren.
