Rashaad Rodrigo Jackson, a 23-year-old resident of Hartsville, South Carolina, was tragically found dead on July 19, 2017. His body was discovered on Patrick Fire Tower Road near Patrick, SC, lying on the shoulder of the road with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and chest. The discovery of Jackson's body prompted an extensive investigation by the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office.
