Benjamin Hampleton, aged 41, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2018, in Walterboro, South Carolina. The incident occurred during a large gathering, reportedly involving 200 to 300 people, which initially began as an illegal street race before moving to a residence on Ford Lane. According to the Colleton County Sheriff's Office, Hampleton was found shot at the scene and succumbed to his injuries.
