Richard DeQuincy Broadwater, a 26-year-old resident of Batesburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2019. He was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred in Batesburg-Leesville. The other victim was 33-year-old Daniel Nathanial Robinson. Both men were found with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and chest when officers responded to reports of gunshots around 9:15 p.m. that evening.
