Billie Ruth Rogers, aged 78, was tragically found dead on June 21, 2020, in Richburg, South Carolina. She and her son, Gene Rogers, were discovered in their home on Doe Street, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The incident was reported as a double homicide, and the Chester County Sheriff's Office immediately launched an investigation into the deaths.
