In the early morning hours of January 15, 2021, the life of 16-year-old Katrina Jackson was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in the Loris area of South Carolina. Jackson, a female student at Loris High School, was a passenger in a vehicle on Hemingway Road in the Cedar Branch community when another car pulled alongside and opened fire.
