Donta Pearson, a 34-year-old resident of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 15, 2021, following a shooting incident at the Ellison Club in McColl, South Carolina. The incident occurred around 2:08 a.m. as the club was closing. Pearson was shot in the parking lot and later succumbed to his injuries at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
