Xavier Ja'von Ballard, a 29-year-old resident of Sumter, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2021. Born on September 7, 1991, Ballard was the son of Herbert Lee and Emily Lee Levine Ballard. He passed away at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter. The circumstances surrounding his death were both sudden and violent, leaving the community in shock.
