On the night of October 8, 2022, a dispute between rival motorcycle groups on South Lake Drive in Lexington County, South Carolina, escalated into a fatal shooting. Timothy Harold Brock, a 57-year-old male from Goose Creek, was riding his motorcycle near Interstate 20 when he was ambushed. Several individuals approached him at a high rate of speed and opened fire, striking Brock multiple times in his upper body before fleeing the scene. He died from his injuries in the roadway.
